1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Boss Agency website (bossagency.co) and our services including social media management (BossSocial), DM chat management (BossChat), and white-label agency services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Boss Agency provides social media management, content distribution, and DM chat management services for content creators on platforms including OnlyFans and Fansly. Service specifics, pricing, and deliverables are agreed upon during onboarding and may vary by plan.

3. No lock-in

All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.

4. Payment

Fees are billed monthly in advance for fixed-rate services. Commission-based fees are calculated and invoiced based on verified revenue figures. Late payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.

5. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account credentials and content as required for service delivery.
  • Ensure all content you provide is legally yours to distribute.
  • Comply with the terms of service of the platforms you use (OnlyFans, Fansly, Reddit, etc.).
  • Respond to time-sensitive communications within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Our responsibilities

  • Deliver services as described in your agreed service plan.
  • Protect your account credentials and personal information.
  • Act within the boundaries and guidelines you set during onboarding.
  • Provide regular reporting on performance and activity.

7. Intellectual property

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us. We do not claim any rights to your content. Any strategies, templates, or systems developed by Boss Agency remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

Boss Agency is not liable for revenue fluctuations, platform bans resulting from platform policy changes beyond our control, or third-party service outages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. This includes but is not limited to account credentials, revenue figures, and business strategies.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
